Persoonlijke gegevens
In de stamboom van de familie Spruit staan een aantal persoonlijke
gegevens opgenomen. Alleen die gegevens zijn opgenomen waarvoor ofwel
toestemming is verkregen, ofwel het aanneemlijk is dat de rechthebbende
geen bezwaar heeft tegen publicatie van de gegevens.
De beheerder van deze website verplicht zich op een zo goed mogelijke manier
om te gaan met deze gegevens, waarbij de privacy van de rechthebbende zo
goed mogelijk wordt beschermd.
Verwijdering en wijziging van de gegevens
De rechthebbende van gegevens kan op ieder moment verzoeken zijn gegevens
te verwijderen of te wijzigingen. De beheerder zal in principe ieder verzoek
tot verwijdering of wijziging inwilligen. Ook indien in een eerder stadium
toestemming tot publicatie is gegeven kan de rechthebbende deze toestemming op ieder
moment intrekken of beperken.
Wettelijk kader
Door de aard van de opslag en presentatie van gegevens valt deze stamboom
niet onder de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Echter, de beheerder van deze
website zal wel de belangrijke bepalingen uit deze wet naleven en zo de privacy
van de rechthebbenden zo goed mogelijk naleven. Deze website is niet aangemeld
bij het College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (en kan dat door zijn aard ook niet.
Bent u het niet eens met de
gegevens in de stamboom? Een mailtje naar de beheerder van deze website is
voldoende.
De stamboom valt door zijn aard wel onder het portretrecht. Volgens het portretrecht
is toestemming van de rechthebbende niet vooraf nodig voor publicatie. De
rechthebbende kan echter wel verzoeken afbeeldingen te verwijderen of
onherkenbaar te maken.
Niet gepubliceerde gegevens
Van de personen in de stamboom wordt nooit
- het adres
- het telefoonnummer
- het e-mailadres
getoond, tenzij hier vooraf toestemming voor is verkregen. Uitzondering is
het gastenboek, waarvan aangegeven kan worden of men zijn e-mailadres wel of niet
zichtbaar wil laten zien. Overige gegevens kunnen op verzoek verwijderd worden.
Verzoeken om informatie
Het komt regelmatig voor dat bezoekers van de website om een e-mailadres of
telefoonnummer van iemand uit de stamboom vragen. De beheerder van deze website
zal deze gegevens nooit verstrekken. Wel kan met de beheerder verzoeken contact op
nemen met de gezochte persoon zodat deze zelf kan besloten of er contact wordt
gezocht met de zoeker.
Overige situaties
In alle overige situaties kunt u contact opnemen met de beheerder van deze
website. In overleg zal er een oplossing worden gezocht, waarbij de privacy
van de belanghebbende altijd zal prevaleren.

This website is subject to the Law on Portrait Rights. This means no permission is
needed prior to publication of pictures, the those in the picture have certain rights
to have pictures removed or made unrecognisable. for any such request, please send
an e-mail to the webmaster.
Not published information
For any of the persons in this family tree, the next items will never be published:
- the address
- the phone number
- the e-mail address
